What should I bring to my consultation?
We recommend bringing ideas of what florals you are wanting for your big day! We love when brides create pinterest boards with ideas of colors & styles. This allows us to see the unique style of each bride! We also love hearing your vision & giving ideas to make your florals all flow together beautifully!
What should I expect my wedding florals to cost and do you provide packages?
Wedding floral costs range widely depending on the size of your wedding, as well as the type of florals & greenery chosen, along with the quantity’s used. Prices can range anywhere between $3,500-$10,000+. The average falls between $4,000-$5,000. We love working with brides to give them their dream wedding at a budget that works for them.
When should I expect my florals to arrive?
Blooms and Blossoms will arrive as early as we are able to get into the venue to deliver bouquets & make installations. We then proceed to make sure all of your reception tables are perfected. Lastly, if cake decor is desired we embellish it upon arrival.
How do I know how many table arrangements & types I will need?
During consultations, Blooms and Blossoms not only helps plan your dream florals, but helps with layouts of receptions as well. If the ceremony and reception is in the same place, we help with the logistics & timing of flips for the florals. Blooms and Blossoms will come up with a plan to ease your mind for this transition, as well as work with your wedding planner or day of coordinator!
How many weddings or events are Blooms and Blossoms providing flowers for the same weekend as my event?
We limit one event per Saturday and one event per Sunday, so that we can give our brides total focus on their special day!
Does Blooms and Blossoms have decor items?
Blooms and Blossoms does have a few decor items that are available in our “rental items” section. All of our booked couples have the option to borrow our rentals at no charge! This definitely helps to keep within budgets than having to purchase these items new. Contact us for more info!
If the flowers are not in season, can Blooms and Blossoms provide them and what is the additional cost?
Blooms and Blooms does all they can to provide you with the florals of your choice. No additional costs are required from what contract and proposal states. If a particular floral becomes unavailable we offer substitutions and ideas to closely match your desired vision.

Will Blooms and Blossoms provide a mock-up or sketch of arrangements before the wedding?
Blooms and Blossoms loves for their brides to see the vision in a photo, as well as provide vignettes & photos of their tailored pieces.
